Thank you for shopping with OzTrend. We want you to feel confident with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@oztrend.au with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If applicable, include photos to help us process your request faster.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or final sale conditions. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us before return your original purchase and place a new order.
