Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, peak periods, or public holidays.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@oztrend.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
